William took off the cap of the water and took a sip of it, realizing it wasn't cold anymore; it was actually very, very warm. He sighed, annoyed, and tossed it aside, listening as it made contact with the concrete, the water splashing everywhere and hearing it roll away. He didn't look back at Brodie, though the bus wasn't far away and he was still within earshot of her. He sat down, leaning against the side of the bus, tilting his head sideways to the right side of his face was pressed against the unusually cool metal. A tree that hung over the bus supplied shade, and he was happy for it. He knew Brodie was crying now, and even though he felt guilty he didn't apologize. He said all those things for a reason, and he didn't need to take it back. He closed his eyes, stretching one leg out, but keeping the other bent upwards. William knew it would probably be a bad idea to fall asleep out here or something but all he wanted was to calm down; he didn't need to go inside and have one of his bandmates question why he was so ticked off. He opened his eyes once he heard his name, and he listened, waiting for what Brodie had to say. He had to strain to hear what she had to say because she was speaking so softly, but he succeeded somehow. "Alright," he said simply. He knew it would be better for Brodie to talk to Pete herself, but didn't feel like saying so.
